I really want to make cupcakes, but we barely have eggs. I want to make pancakes, but I'd have to do them from scratch and I don't want to exert that much effort. And I'm saving my stuff for making brownies until we have cream cheese or peanut butter, so I could do cheesecake brownies or peanut butter ones.
